• Local Delivery: For nearby locations, faster delivery may be available. Please contact us for details.
• Delivery Charges: Shipping charges may vary based on location and product type. Charges, if any, will be informed at the time of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. The exchanged product will be delivered within 5-7 days.

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear will not be accepted.
• Returns or exchanges are not applicable for customized items, special orders, or clearance sale items.

If approved, we will guide you with the return process. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, except in cases of incorrect or defective deliveries.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after confirmation.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return upon receiving the product.
